CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

1. CANCELLATIONS (Standard Orders) You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it ships.

  • How to Cancel: Email support@outdoorhubusa.com or call/chat with us immediately.

  • The Cut-off: If the order has already left the warehouse (even if you haven't received the tracking number yet), it is considered "Shipped." At that point, it cannot be canceled and must be treated as a Return (see Section 3).

2. CANCELLATIONS (Custom & Made-to-Order) ALL SALES ARE FINAL for Custom and Made-to-Order products.

  • Production: These items are built specifically for you. Once the order is placed and production begins, we cannot cancel or refund the order.

  • Brands Included: [Insert Brand A], [Insert Brand B].

  • Note: If you are unsure if your item is "Custom," please ask us before ordering.

3. RETURNS & EXCHANGES (Buyer's Remorse) If you simply change your mind or want to exchange a product, you may do so under the following strict conditions:

  1. Condition: The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

  2. Timeline: You must initiate the return within 30 days of delivery.

  3. The Fees (Read Carefully): Because we offer free shipping on heavy freight items (costing us $300+ per shipment), the following fees will be deducted from your refund:

    • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to the warehouse.

    • Original Shipping: The cost we paid to ship the item to you initially will be deducted.

    • Restocking Fee: A flat 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.

4. DAMAGES (The 24-Hour Rule) Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

  • Protocol: If you see damage, REFUSE the delivery and take photos.

  • Reporting: You must report any damage to support@outdoorhubusa.com within 24 hours.

  • Warning: If you sign for the delivery without noting damage, or if you wait longer than 24 hours to report it, the insurance claim will be denied, and we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

5. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES We are committed to fair dispute resolution. However, filing a fraudulent chargeback (e.g., claiming "Item Not Received" when tracking shows delivered, or "Defective" without letting us fix it) is a violation of our Terms of Service.

  • Consequence: In the event of a fraudulent chargeback, we will submit all evidence (tracking, photos, terms agreement) to the bank.

  • Collections: If the dispute is resolved in our favor, we reserve the right to send any unpaid balances or fees to a third-party collections agency, which may impact your credit score.

6. BOGO PROMOTIONS In the event of a "Buy One, Get One" promotion:

  • Both items must be returned for a full refund.

  • If you return only one item, you will be credited the item's bundled value, minus applicable shipping and restocking fees.
